On June 10, 2012, Jim met with the owners of Agua Linda Farm on the last day of their three day Garlic & Onion Festival. S&S had arranged for a Bluegrass Band to play on Saturday at the Festival and the Bluegrass Music was a hit. So much so that the owner is interested in staging a three day Bluegrass Festival in conjunction with the Garlic & Onion Festival next year and he indicated a desire to have twelve bands perform.
S&S has since documented and delivered a Conceptual Plan for the Bluegrass Festival. Basically, S&S recommends starting with a one day Bluegrass Festival and build up to a three day Festival if it can be demonstrated that the draw has the potential to support a multi-day Festival.
